How It All Started
My father, Burt Belenke, was the man who started it all. He took over the business from his father, Saul. Not long after, we worked together on the 3rd floor of the Seybold Building in downtown Miami.
My father was the one who helped and supported me throughout my schooling, and I soon become a Graduate Gemologist from the GIA in 1990.
After working with him for over ten years, I finally I opened my own business in Hollywood, FL. This news article from almost 20 years ago reminds me of those good old days. Even after I started my business, my dad was there through it all.
We had almost ten successful years at the Hollywood location, with great jewelry and amazing customers.
In 2008 I decided to move to Colorado Springs. I've been here almost 20 years and have met so many great people.
